Mary Poe grew up in the Bluff Springs community Coffee County, Al. The youngest of three children. She is a graduate of Troy University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Management and Research Development. Mary has over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry. She is certified in Lean Manufacturing by the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, as a certified facilitator by MG Rush, trained in Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt by the American Society of Quality in process improvement.

   Mary is the CEO of Source Global Solutions LLC a real estate investment and rental company. She serves as an outreach coordinator in our community, serves the homeless, has been in jail and prison ministries both locally and overseas. She has a Chaplains certificate from Alabama Department of Corrections. She continues to serves in our local community as an Angel Tree Coordinator for Prison Fellowship for over 19 years. She is a foster parent, leads bible studies and coordinates and leads Christian Retreats. 

   Mary is the President and Executive Director of the House of Hope and Restoration. Mary is happily married to Robert Poe and they have 4 children. Mary is dedicated to God and serves as foster parents in the local community. She is a devoted wife and mother. Mary is an active member of the Church of the Highlands in Troy, Al. She loves traveling, painting, reading and spending time with her family.
